From The Architect
From the very beginning, the vision for KIOME Residences was to create an architectural response of elegance and resilience that cultivates a truly meaningful connection between residents and nature. The design was to take apartment living to an entirely different level.
These residences offer singularly captivating features that have not yet been offered in Brisbane apartment living. From the inside-out, KIOME embraces our team’s earnest pursuit of sustainable and holistic design—from material selections, interior design and architectural form. Every internal element and exterior interface of the building has been meticulously crafted, considered and assessed for its impact and ability to integrate functionality, comfort, sustainability, beauty and innovation.

FROM THE INTERIOR DESIGNER
When we are tasked with crafting spaces as unique and exceptional as KIOME, we dedicated ourselves to understanding how the residents will live in and experience their homes. We immerse ourselves in the daily routines, expectations, and details that encompass the spatial qualities we are driven to realise. Every selection and detail is rigorously tested against the project pillars of sustainability, community and biophilia. We then apply our interior design principles and skill to deliver functionality, a conscious lifestyle, wellbeing and a timeless luxurious aesthetic.
The outcome is a carefully and beautifully curated selection of materials, fixtures and fittings assembled with authenticity—a sculptural and timeless response. Locally sourced, low carbon and ethical options have also been prioritised to deliver a project that minimises its impact on our environment whilst creating a space that will stand the test of time and be a canvas for memories for years to come.
